About Top Box
The success story of the self-storage company Top Box began in 2017 with the acquisition of two properties in Wiesbaden and Duisburg for the rental of storage space and storage boxes to private persons as well as to small and medium-sized enterprises. After a short time, it became clear that, due to the rapid success, it should not just stop at these two locations.
Today, after only 3 years, we can already proudly look at 5 open spacious warehouses in Wiesbaden, Duisburg, Mannheim, Cologne and Essen. But we want more: Another new self-storage location of the Top Box brand is to open its doors in Leipzig in 2021. Our long-term strategic plan provides for a total of 20 new top box locations throughout Germany to be set up by 2030.
Each of our storage complexes is specially designed and built to offer our customers the highest level and best quality in terms of safe, easy and convenient self-storage.

The term “self-storage” might assume that you as the customer are completely on your own in your storage and cannot expect any support or services from us.
Wrong! From the first contact with us, advice and quotation, up to moving in, your time with us or even moving out: Our staff helps you with every step you take.
As individual as our customers’ requests may be and vary, so are we flexible in our offers and services. We offer storage boxes for private persons as well as for companies and their commercial purposes. From 1 m³ to 50 m², from short-term use of one month up to years of rental: Flexibility, comfort and fair prices define our corporate philosophy.
