Optimal climate: Our warehouses are heated and ventilated. Thus, they provide the best conditions for the storage of furniture, household goods and goods of any kind that do not require refrigeration. You do not have to worry about rust or mold. By comparison, in a simple unheated container seasonal temperature fluctuations are very large. You must expect damage from condensation, frost and heat.

Security: All of our warehouses are alarm-secured, video-monitored and have state-of-the-art fire protection equipment. No one but you has access to your box. You can enter and leave there with your personal access code at any time between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. During normal office hours, staff are also available to answer any questions you may have.

Comfort: You can and may stay in your box as often as you want. You will find light there and, if you wish, a power connection. So you can use a laptop, for example, and easily prepare your goods for shipping.

Service: All warehouses have a welcoming reception area, where our staff is already waiting for you with coffee and cookies. The sanitary facilities are open during the entire access time and are cleaned daily. In addition, high-speed WLAN is available to you at all warehouse complexes – free of charge!

Flexibility: Long and complicated contracts and deadlines? Not with us! Our rental contracts have a minimum term of only one month and a notice period of just two weeks. So you only pay for as long as you really need your box.

Optimal logistics: All warehouses are located in convenient locations. You can drive your goods directly to the door. Professional loading equipment is available for vans and trucks. All houses are equipped with free transport aids such as lift trucks, roller carts and ants. If you have your storage box in the basement or upper floor, you can easily and conveniently use our new and spacious freight elevators. You can also reach all locations just as well and easily by public transport.
